2 /5 Liz Smith: Took my 8 year old daughter for her first ever pedicure. I used to be a regular customer with the previous owner, Lyn. But unfortunately I will not be returning to Nails Kit again after my negative experience today, based on the customer service from a tall man. From the moment we arrived, he seemed like he was in a bad mood, not very responsive when I tried to talk, I asked if my daughter and I could have our pedicure together as it was her first time, and he rolled his eyes and made me feel like I was being a pain. I was happy with the nails that were done by Amy, but that was the only positive. When I went to pay, it was a lot higher than I anticipated as thought I was told over the phone that a full set of acrylics would be £25 ( thats what I’ve always paid in the past with the previous owner) but the tall man said it was £40 because I had colour with white tips. He also became slightly aggressive in his tone saying ‘no I didn’t say that’ and I was being polite and calm. Plus my pedicure which was £35 plus my daughter’s pedicure it was just under £100!! Was very unaffordable for me but of course I just paid and left the shop. Will never go back there again.
