1 /5 Eileen Owo: Overall this service is lacking and needs improving. I originally came here for a block of fat freezing but didnt receive the full amount of sessions and even though they gave me a refund of the difference there was no follow up to rebook and complete what was started. I also got my nails done on 3 separate occasions and every time my nails broke within days of getting them done. Lastly I had my eyebrows done and was told they would last 2 weeks but they only lasted 3 days. I dont think anyone should put their trust or hard earned money here as something is bound to go wrong!

1 /5 Shade Owo: I would not recommend this nail salon to friends or family. My mother and I have been going there for the past three months, and each time, within a week our nails have chipped, cracked, or completely broken off. There is a clear lack of staff to properly cater to clients. When you try to call the salon, the phone is consistently ignored, with the excuse that they are a “small team.” This is very frustrating and unprofessional. The last time one of my nails broke, they fixed it free of charge. However, about an hour later, I received a WhatsApp message from the salon owner, Natalie, advising that due to the length of my natural nails, they could no longer accept me as a client and that I should find another nail salon. This explanation makes no sense, as my mother’s nails were short and hers also broke. Overall, the salon is overpriced and does not seem to have the proper skills or equipment to cater to different nail types. It appears they can only manage very short nails. Please don’t waste your time or money.

5 /5 Karen Malyali: Im always welcomed very warmly by the Radiant House Team. The salon is very clean, tidy and relaxing. Treatments are always carried out professionally and thoroughly and nothing is too much trouble. The clients comfort is their priority. Therapists check in throughout treatments and are happy to answer any questions I have about products they are using or what would be good for my skin. Thank you,Natalie and colleagues!

5 /5 Amanda Epstein: Always a friendly and relaxing experience at Radiant Skin House. Regular staff make you feel welcome, theres a wide range of colours and products and my nails look wonderful and more importantly last for weeks. Great nail art too.

5 /5 Prim Mummy: Have been coming here 3 weekly for years Nathalie , Becky and Tash are so welcoming and talented as are the rest of the team . Can honestly say the best nails in north london ( lived in Primrose Hill prior to East Finchley and grew up In the states so know a thing or 2 about pampering)
