Emma Thornton In summary; Go. Effective classes, a great team, and all the facilities you need. This gym is small but packs a mighty punch. From its fun high intensity classes to the live DJ spin events, it makes you want to put on your trainers and work. The team here work hard to maximise any time you can carve out of your hectic schedule and are always on hand to answer any question or see if they can squeeze you into your favourite session. Ive been coming here for 3 months now, mixing it up across the classes keeps it interesting and the 30 minute lunch time sessions mean I can squeeze in a session even on the busiest of days. Try it, it will shake up your perceptions on what "going to the gym" means.

Howard Rechavia Taylor Ive tried personal training sessions before and always felt like it wasnt worth it- especially as trainers never seem to pay attention to possible injuries and to my individual needs. That is, until Mal! I trained with Mal for about 2 months in a group and honestly have never felt better- I have more energy than ever before and feel much stronger. Normally weight training gives me back and neck pain too, but not after Mals sessions. He is so careful and made it practically impossible to have an injury even while become significantly stronger. Moreover, he is good fun to be around. Cant recommend in motion more!

Paul Hartlieb Had the pleasure of training here with a day pass. Super modern & aesthetic gym with top notch equipment, polite staff and no wait times during my workout around noon. I particularly enjoyed the ice bath + sauna. Would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a premium gym in Mayfair.
