Sisi Bernard I’ve been coming to West Star Nails in West Ealing for a while now, and I’m really happy with the service. What stood out to me most was how professionally and kindly they handled a concern I previously raised about a manicure: they listened, took it seriously, and made sure things were right. Since then, they’ve consistently impressed me. I had a manicure and pedicure today and I’m absolutely loving my new look - (thank you Anh), just in time for the New Year. Great service, friendly staff, and a place that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Whenever I tell her the colour I want, she gives me the best options and makes me feel so comfortable with her warm conversation. I leave happy with my nails every single time.
