What stood out to me most was how professionally and kindly they handled a concern I previously raised about a manicure: they listened, took it seriously, and made sure things were right. Since then, they’ve consistently impressed me. I had a manicure and pedicure today and I’m absolutely loving my new look - (thank you Anh), just in time for the New Year.
