John Wynne I joined Studio Move when Yasmin first opened and have been going every week since. Her approach to Pilates is calm, intelligent and quietly motivating and she really understands how to adapt for each person in the room. It’s a great atmosphere: friendly, focused and never repetitive. Since starting, I can feel the difference in strength and flexibility. Sure, I think Im getting PTSD when I hear the phrase hold and stay but only in a good way :)

Morgan Mcgrath Asked Kieran for some Hyrox type sessions as I had upcoming races and was fairly new to the sport. Found my level and then built the workouts from there. Did exactly what I wanted and pushed me out of my comfort zone and to places you wouldn’t go on your own. The gym is cool and a hive of activity giving it a good vibe. Would recommend highly

Ive been working with her virtually for almost 5 years now. Ive also learned som much from her. Im in the US and have many studio options here but I stick with Olivia because shes the best. I cannot recommend her enough!

teresa murray I have been training with Matt for a few years now and have found the half hour sessions to be really beneficial. I regularly workout the whole body which keeps me strong and balanced for my other sports. By focusing and challenging each muscle group the sessions quickly bring about supportive strength and in time increased strength. I like the change of going to the studio and getting out of the house.
