Amy Clarke Very helpful, friendly staff and the massage chair was great after being out for two weeks with a back injury to be able to come and use this after my first session back in the gym. Never had a massage chair like this. It applies pressure as well as the massage element. Arms, hands and feet included. And with the summer offer on at the moment it’s well worth it.

Michael du Toit The staff are always friendly, and it’s easy to grab a few snacks and a coffee while you’re there. The kids loved the fun swim, and there’s always plenty of parking, which makes visits stress‑free. The downstairs changing area could use a bit of a refresh, but overall it’s a great place for a family outing.

Caroline Chopra I have attended Tina’s group fitness classes for the last four years and they have had a big impact on my fitness level and overall well being. As an office worker, I rely on these classes to relieve shoulder strain and build core strength. I’ve been to Tina’s strength (weights) classes, fitness Pilates and the Saturday morning mix tape class which is a full body workout to well known songs. The classes are inclusive and well structured, building up gradually which really reduces the risk of strains and injuries. They are fun and you don’t notice the time go by, which is really important if you want to build good habits and stick with an exercise plan. Tina often suggests a range of ways to exercise particular muscle groups to accommodate a range of fitness levels and abilities. These are excellent classes, don’t hesitate to give them a go!
