5 /5 Annalisa Monzione: I had the pleasure of joining Emma’s ski yoga retreat this year. I found the experience wonderful. Emma is a patient thoughtful yoga instructor who really centres on self and goes beyond posses to deepen yoga practice and challenges you as an individual to really explore what yoga means in one’s life. The chalet is wholesome and welcoming with delicious varied food and home comforts. Emma provided ski guiding and options if you didn’t want to ski everyday. Emma and those at the chalet are friendly considerate and genuinely care about making the ski yoga retreat a fulfilling for all.

5 /5 Nicky Blain: Emma is a truly wonderful yoga teacher. I have attended both ski retreats and Isle of Wight retreats. Emma is superb at adjusting the practice to meet individual needs whilst keeping it challenging for experienced practitioners. I’ve recently had a tailor made session at Emma’s studio - I can’t recommend Emma highly enough. I wish I lived on the Isle of Wight so I could attend her classes more frequently!

5 /5 Lindsey Shenton: This is a fabulous experience in every way. Both the yoga experience and skiing could not have been better this week. Emma, Steve, Alison and Michael ensure that every client has a worthwhile and pleasurable experience . The accommodation and yoga tuition are of the very highest quality. The ski hire and ski school ensure concessions for all equipment and tuition. I can defiantly recommend it to anyone who loves both activities!! Great value for money.

5 /5 Liz B: I’ve recently returned from a fantastic week near Girona, with the lovely Emma and Steve hosting. The cycling and yoga were amazing. A beautiful venue with stunning views and delicious food, topped off by a great crowd of fellow guests. I can thoroughly recommend this trip if you fancy an adventure that is both active and relaxing at the same time!

5 /5 Moira Cromie: Ive just returned from a magical week in Villard Reculas in France from a Yoga/ski retreat with Emma Spencer-Goodier. Emma is an amazing Yoga teacher. She is very easy going, relatable, and knowledgable. Emma and the team at La Source work hard to make it a welcoming environment. The food was good and plentiful. The village gives you access to the massive ski area of Alpes Dhuez. It has been an amazing week. I would highly recommend Yoga with Emma.
