Maggie Morris Having just completed a 21 day trial at Constant Fitness, I have to say how impressed I was with the total set ip. The coaches were amazing and really encouraging. Although I am unable to commit to a membership at present I am really hopeful this will materialise in the not too distant future . Having had 3 surgeries during the last 18 months they gave me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and realise I was actually stronger and capable of tackling my strength and mobility restrictions.

Kat Smith I have been coming now for The last three months in order to pass my annual fitness test. I love spinning and really enjoy The variety that different instructors provide in their classes the music is always upbeat and the instructors are always motivational so you can achieve your goals. The support you receive is awesome there is always a member of staff on hand to offer you support and guidance. This is the first year since coming here for the last seven, that I will continue to do spin just for fun, as I have now passed my fitness test. I normally just cancel my membership until the next time my test is due. I thoroughly enjoy coming to classes now and this is all down to the motivation and variety that the instructors now offer. Niku Lupu Silver Dollar is an incredible gym with amazing coaches who are super approachable and always ready to help. The best part, though, is the community. As a Romanian fighter, I was worried about feeling out of place, but everyone welcomed me like family. It doesn’t matter where you’re from—people here are supportive, friendly, and eager to help you grow. It’s the perfect place to train and feel at home!
