5 /5 Jordan G: Wilder is honestly one of the best reformer Pilates studios I’ve ever been to. All the instructors are AMAZING (and I’ve done almost 100 classes so tried them all!!) they’re super knowledgeable, hands on and what I love most is the real focus on posture and proper alignment and technique! I always feel super safe and supported and corrected in the right way! I was so nervous before starting after seeing all the craziness on social media but now I wish I had started sooner! I feel so much stronger and more aware of my body and my lower back doesn’t hurt anymore, which feels literally life changing after trying so many things to fix it!! The classes are a blend of classical Pilates with more dynamic elements and they always offer a “Wilder option” which I think is just brilliant!! Some days I want to push myself (and trust me the Wilder option pushesssss you!) and other days I don’t so it gives you the choice without feeling pressured! The studio itself is beautiful and so welcoming but what really sets it apart is the quality of the teaching. I haven’t found another studio that gets both the atmosphere and the instruction so right. I’m so grateful to Chad and the team for creating such a special, inclusive space! Thank you ❤️

5 /5 Karen Wilder: This was my second visit to this wonderful studio space as I dont live in the area. The instructor was amazing, very attentive and helpful which helped me with my confidence. He was able to differentiate my movements to suit my ability level which I was incredibly grateful for. I shall definitely be back when Im in the area again.

5 /5 Courtney Williams: Wilder Studios is my favourite Reformer Pilates studio in London. From the minute you walk through the door it feels peaceful and you feel taken care of. The owner of the studio Chad has a beautiful vibrant energy and is very kind and welcoming as are the instructors. The level of teaching and technique is very high and you can tell the teachers have had wonderful in depth training. The studio is beautiful with an energising upbeat feel about it. I highly recommend Wilder Studios!
