4 /5 Diana RamĂrez Sarmiento: Ive been attending Jonnys classes for a while now, and I cant recommend him enough. Hes incredibly professional, always well-prepared, and truly cares about the quality of each session. What really stands out is how much attention he pays to posture and technique, something thats often completely overlooked in other classes. He gives personalised tips throughout the workout, making sure youre doing the exercises correctly and safely, and adapting things when needed. I had a knee injury and he has helped a lot with specific exercises and recommendations. Each Burn class is different, so its never boring. You work hard at your own pace, but you actually enjoy it and have fun.
Unfortunately, this level of care is not consistent across other classes Ive tried. In many of them, the trainers don’t check your posture or they have the same structure and speech every single class. I even had one session where the instructor seemed to be still learning herself; she had a notebook to follow along, which is fine if it’s your first class ever. But she didn’t give any guidance on how to properly perform the exercises, which just isnt acceptable when people are there to train safely and effectively.
To sum up, if youre looking for someone with meaningful experience and who actually cares about your progress, your safety, and making each session worthwhile, Jonny is the one to go to.
** I also recommend paying more attention to the deep cleaning of the machines and mats, as there are not enough cleaning stations or a culture of cleaning after using the machines or mats.
