5 /5 Anita Barr: When I started at The Good Rooms, I had two bulging discs and was totally out of shape. I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to keep up! But the teachers are amazing, so supportive, motivating, and full of positive energy. Three months later, I’m going at least four times a week and feel stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone who wants to focus on themselves and feel great again.

I have experienced a lot of grief in my life recently and the Good Rooms has helped me to shape my life and stay positive and strong. The teachers are so inspiring, and you feel like they really care about you being there. So it’s my home from home, my go to place. Everybody knows your name, it’s a happy space. Theres a fantastic breadth to the classes, from more traditional yoga to high intensity pilates ( I didnt even know this existed before I joined) through to calming more meditative sessions. The instructors are great, really friendly, as well as helping you to get the most for your workout. Booking is easy and you dont need to book weeks in advance to get on popular classes ( unlike the gym I used to go to). I cant recommend enough, I did the 15 day trial which was a fantastic introduction and now Ive got into a great routine. Thank you so much Good Rooms
