Lara Sword 5 star review for Abi- a fantastic PT, really knowledgeable and listens to my wants out of each session. Super organised and encouraging. The gym itself would benefit from new showers (doors that open outward not inward) and not with a push button. Loving the new gym equipment but layout could be better thought out.

Jade Moore Small but fun soft play area. Just enough to let kids run of steam after school. Our 3 month old loved the sensory area, whilst our 10year old had fun playing.

Its been few weeks that my son trying with Jimmy and I can see my son confidence has been grown and he very much enjoy the training and learning so much in a short time. As a mother I am so happy that I found a place that can help my son, Jimmy have a lot of patience and he is real good at what he is doing I cant thanks him enough, I highly recommend Jimmy

Charlie Reardon Ellis Had my first session pf reformer Pilates and it was absolutely amazing, Chloe the instructor was very helpful when correcting me and also knowing when to progress and push that little bit more, came out feeling great like I had done a workout. I can’t wait to progress further and bring the functionality of the reformer classes into my weight training and day to day life. I would highly recommend this type of training to anyone of any age.
