Harish Absolutely loved my experience here—definitely the best spin studio Ive visited in London! The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming, thanks to its inviting design and friendly staff. The place is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the comfort. What I appreciate most is the inclusivity; everyone feels welcome, regardless of their fitness level. The classes are dynamic and engaging, keeping participants motivated. The instructors, especially Natalie, are supportive and knowledgeable, providing personalised feedback that makes you feel valued. Plus, the upbeat music adds to the energy of the classes. With top-notch bikes and fantastic amenities (towels, water) this studio truly stands out. 10/10!

Anastazija Collings Visited the spa with my friend today and had the most amazing experience! Asta, the manager of the spa, was absolutely incredible and treated us like royalty: she went extra mile to ensure we had the best time ever. We had 2h of private spa use, jaccuzi, sauna and drinks: all just for me and my friend! Afterwards, I had full body massage and head massage by Amber : oh my God, another level of relaxation this was! I literally left this planet for a bit; it was that good! We enjoyed ourselves that much, that wanted to extend our stay for another hour or so, but unfortunately it was booked up by other clients, so we had to go home! As a full time working mum of the toddler, i really needed some time for myself : to chill, reset and relax and The Beauty Island Sanctuary has delivered it and went above the expectations! Thank you guys! I will be coming back very soon xxx

Jia Min Won The newly renovated gym is the perfect spot for any UCL student looking for a quick adrenaline pump between classes! I signed up for the membership when there was a student promotion. Within the short winter break, the gym had a spruce-up, with an updated layout and new gym equipment installed. The place is now much more user-friendly. The classes offered are also dynamic and effective for those who prefer a sociable experience to exercise without compromising on intensity. For users who are looking for a comprehensive training experience, this is the gym to go to! An added bonus is that the gym has a large locker room with showering facilities to freshen up after your workout, which works well for those headed to seminars or socials after.

Sardar Abbaszade Emma at David Lloyd Finchley is absolutely fantastic. She’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about helping members feel comfortable and supported. From the moment you speak with her, she makes you feel welcome and takes the time to listen and understand your goals. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and positive attitude really stand out, and she’s always happy to go the extra mile. Emma is a real asset to the Finchley club and makes every visit a better experience.
