5 /5 Anastazija Collings: Visited the spa with my friend today and had the most amazing experience! Asta, the manager of the spa, was absolutely incredible and treated us like royalty: she went extra mile to ensure we had the best time ever. We had 2h of private spa use, jaccuzi, sauna and drinks: all just for me and my friend! Afterwards, I had full body massage and head massage by Amber : oh my God, another level of relaxation this was! I literally left this planet for a bit; it was that good! We enjoyed ourselves that much, that wanted to extend our stay for another hour or so, but unfortunately it was booked up by other clients, so we had to go home! As a full time working mum of the toddler, i really needed some time for myself : to chill, reset and relax and The Beauty Island Sanctuary has delivered it and went above the expectations! Thank you guys! I will be coming back very soon xxx

From the moment we stepped into the Balinese spa suite with the hot tub and sauna, everything felt so relaxing and Christmassy. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented with festive cakes, scones, and sparkling wine – such a treat. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel completely looked after. This was the perfect way to celebrate the season, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed into a calm, elegant space that feels like a true escape from the world. The highlight for me was the private spa suite, which is completely for your own use only — no sharing with anyone else! It includes a beautiful jacuzzi hot tub, sauna, and relaxation area, all spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed. Having the whole suite to myself made it feel incredibly personal, peaceful, and indulgent. I also booked one of their luxurious massages, and it was pure bliss. The therapist was professional, attentive, and clearly skilled — every knot of tension disappeared. The atmosphere, soft lighting, and soothing music made it a deeply rejuvenating experience. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Every detail — from the choice of oils to the heated treatment bed — felt designed to create complete relaxation. If you’re looking for a private luxury spa experience in Worthing or the best massages in West Sussex, I can’t recommend The Beauty Island Sanctuary enough. It’s a hidden gem and an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves pampering and tranquility
