She attempted to remove the stain with nail polish remover at the shop, but it did not come off. She told me it would disappear once I washed it at home, but it did not improve at all and the stain remains exactly the same as when I left the shop.
I emailed through your website on the same day, but received no reply.
On Sunday I called the shop and was told to email again because the manager was not there. I explained that I had already emailed, and I was told I would receive a reply on Monday — but I still haven’t heard from anyone. I also sent a DM on Instagram and received no response.
At this point, it is extremely disappointing that after paying £95, I am left with damaged clothing and no communication from your team. This is not acceptable customer service.
