Mojtahedi Leyla I must say, the staff at this gym made my short term membership an exceptional experience! I was visiting London for a month and I needed a short term membership at a local gym. Energie Fitness is located below my childhood library (nostalgic memories) and a short walk to the train stations or any bus stop (perfect pre workout warm up!). I was greeted with kindness and a huge welcoming energy from Vish. He gave me a tour of the place and even let me try out the gym for the day. There was no pressure to sign up and he was patient enough to let me think about it for a couple of days. I ended up taking his HIIT class one day (a real calorie burner!!). For the price of the membership, the location and friendly staff, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone new.

Angeli Sol is a fantastic instructor. Her classes are tough but also really enjoyable thanks to her lovely personality. She’s always happy, upbeat and friendly. She is very knowledgeable, clearly knows her stuff and her enthusiasm is contagious. Really enjoyable Pilates class where you will also work hard and see results.

Ali Treloar Recommend Tim. It was an insightful visit. I was given some facts and he even passed on comforting messages in the form of life advice from my loved ones. This resonated with me. He serves at several Spiritual churches and is genuine and personable.

Lara Sword 5 star review for Abi- a fantastic PT, really knowledgeable and listens to my wants out of each session. Super organised and encouraging. The gym itself would benefit from new showers (doors that open outward not inward) and not with a push button. Loving the new gym equipment but layout could be better thought out.
