Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, I joined Wellness PT in May, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt so proud of myself. The team of personal trainers here truly care. They don’t just help me strengthen my body, but also rebuild my confidence, which hasn’t been at its strongest lately.
The sessions are always energetic and positive, and it’s wonderful to work out alongside a small, supportive group of women. It feels like a little community, which makes a big difference. I’ve also just heard they’re planning a social get-together soon — and I’m really looking forward to joining in.
