5 /5 Hsuan C: I’m a regular customer at Townhouse, but I want to give a special shout-out today to my nail artist, Leonna, at the High Street Kensington. Leonna is highly professional and has an exceptional attention to detail in her work. She is patient, attentive, and trying to do her best to bring my requests to life. Beyond her technical skill, she is warm and friendly, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the appointment. She genuinely engages in conversation, making the whole experience even more enjoyable! I left today extremely happy and satisfied, and I’m grateful for the outstanding experience Leonna provided!

1 /5 Nelly Musina: Terrible experience. The manicurist cut my ring finger on my left hand and did a very poor job painting my nails. The polish was uneven and messy. When I asked her to fix it, she told me she already had another client and didn’t have time, even though she hadn’t properly finished with me. It felt like she was rushing through people just to keep the flow going, without any care for quality. Overall, the worst place I’ve been to. I will never come back.

1 /5 Victoria Lin: I have visited this nail salon several times before and was never fully satisfied, but this visit was honestly unacceptable. I chose a hand polish service, and right after I left the salon, the polish on my thumb had already shifted. When I looked more closely, several other nails had dents and uneven marks as well. I even stayed in the salon an extra 10 minutes after the service, so the polish should have been fully dry. On top of that, one of my fingers was bleeding, which should never happen during a basic manicure. Paying £44 for this level of service is extremely disappointing. I expected much better quality and care. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
