1 /5 Gulnaz Khan: I’ve accompanied my client to Ivy’s Nails every two weeks, and while the nail technicians are consistently polite, skilled, and genuinely pleasant, my experience with the owner has been extremely disappointing. In my personal experience, the owner’s attitude comes across as rude and dismissive. On our most recent visit, my colleague supported our client to her appointment for a facial, and she had her treatment cut short due to what appeared to be a scheduling error that the owner herself had made. She had double-booked an appointment, yet my client was the one who ended up being penalised for it. This, combined with other occasions where I’ve witnessed the owner speaking rudely to customers, has made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. It’s a real shame, because the staff are lovely and seem to work very hard despite what appears to be a tense and unsupportive atmosphere created by management. I genuinely applaud their professionalism for working under such conditions. Based on my experiences, I will not be returning to this salon. In my view, the owner is doing a disservice to both her business and her team, who deserve much better.

1 /5 Nova: For £90 the worst shape and paint on my toes and terrible sns with extensions The lines of my white tip on toes completely blurred and messy The sns nail has cracked within 2 days salon had no white so put gel over top cuticles on hands a mess as are feet but only got a shape and paint on my feet. So disappointed will have to redo on holiday In perspective I have never written a bad review in my life but for twice the price as my usual salon and 10 times worse I had to mention!

1 /5 Olivia Danes: Terrible experience. I booked a normal manicure and was made to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I was finally seen, the staff were extremely rude. The person doing my nails repeatedly criticised my choice to go for a regular manicure instead of gel, and it was clear she was rushed. The manicure was done poorly, and when I politely asked if she could fix it, she dismissed me and said, "This is why I tell you to do gel." She refused to do it properly, so I ended up going home and taking it off myself. Completely unprofessional — never again.

1 /5 sabrina Atari: Disastrous experience. I had both a manicure and pedicure done, and it was absolutely unacceptable. The work was clearly done by people who are not professionals —m total incompetence. I go to nail technicians every two weeks, so I know exactly what proper work should look like, and this was a disaster. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and did her best to fix the mess, but even with her efforts, the final result is nowhere near worth the price. I wasted 1 hour and 20 minutes, and in the end, they only took off £8, even though I was nearly late for my flight because of them. Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t go. There are far better salons out there, with real professionals.

5 /5 Robyn Whelan: Amazing experience. Came in asking for a natural colour that wouldn’t look like I have nail varnish on. Vvy sorted me out and was incredible in picking the colours and fixing my nails from the previous set.
