1 /5 Yasmeen Anwar: Really poor customer service skills. Tried this salon for the first time and had a really dry and rude hair dresser with an arrogant attitude. From looking at other reviews seems to the same person getting complaints. Informed their receptionist of the experience and just a non-bothered approach matching the general attitude of the team and tried blaming it on his English. Whole vibe comes across fake, in-genuine and unfriendly. There is no point posing as “high end” salon when your staff is below par and unprofessional. To be honest complete waste of money. Disappointing and won’t be returning. Would not recommend.

He is absolutely the best!!! I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for top-quality care and stunning results. I can’t think of a better place in London
