1 /5 Brigita Iv: The salon is a scam. Please be very careful making any bookings, if anything goes wrong - and it will, you wont be refunded. They have zero integrity and couldnt care less about what you think, your experience, bad reviews or anything else. Its pure scam in the middle of Chelsea.

1 /5 Paula: I bought 6 laser hair removal sessions earlier this year. I have only used five sessions and if possible my hair is growing more than what it used to. I had three large areas and I can’t see any improvement in any areas. I don’t think the laser used is working at all. I have dark hair and fair skin which is supposed to be the easiest for laser hair removal.

5 /5 Tina Nasser: I had an incredible facial with Farida, she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable right away, was so attentive throughout, and my skin has never looked better. I also want to mention how helpful Erica was with the bookings - she made everything super easy to arrange. Overall such a great experience

1 /5 Lamia Al Qahtan: I work down the street. I tried to call, message on Instagram and even went down there to confirm my appointment. No response. I think this place is a front or some kind of scam. Unfortunately, I lost £35 deposit but would rather lose the deposit than be scarred by a terrible experience. Reading these reviews I am SHOCKED and disappointed this business is even on Walton St, otherwise a fantastic street!

1 /5 Frikk Neby Hilland: FRAUD Our experience with The Gloss has been nothing short of a nightmare. We approached them to launch one of our brands and host an event, paying £2,800 upfront and sending stock in good faith. What followed was a calculated and deliberate scam. They abruptly cancelled the event, then blocked all my phone numbers so I could no longer reach them. Soon after, they claimed to have “secured” a Selfridges listing for my brand — but only if I paid an additional £25,000 immediately. They harassed me with calls, even at midnight, pressuring me to transfer the money without delay. Alarmed, I contacted Selfridges directly, only to be told there was no listing and no arrangement — it was all a fabrication. We travelled to London expecting an event and training session, but nothing had been planned. The entire engagement was smoke and mirrors — designed to take money and deliver nothing. In my opinion, this is outright fraud. We are yet to receive our payment back. Avoid this clinic at all costs.
