Adele Collins I had the Dermapen4 treatment last week and would highly recommend this treatment with Cherry. Her treatment room is very relaxing and she made me feel very comfortable. Cherry is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and the treatment, and what to expect after the treatment. It was a little uncomfortable in certain areas but was over very quickly. As explained I had some redness for a couple of days but with the after care package and Cherry’s advice my skin soon returned to normal. I look forward to seeing the results soon.

Kelly Raines Pros: - Friendly and professional staff - clean and nice salon Cons: - Not a personable experience to book or check in (iPad, impossible to call and book (so not possible for me to book with a voucher)) - Expensive (£148) given the fact my manicure lasted less than a week before chipping, and about 10 days before nails came off completely. For the price, I’d expect it to last at least 2 weeks. The pedicure didn’t remove my rough skin, so I need to get another pedicure for that. Also, I booked removal for both nails and toes, but only needed 4 nails removing on both. I was still charged in full for both. - £2.50 for a can of water, £6.50 for a can of pre mixed cocktail. For the price and given the upmarket nature of the salon, I’d expect at least a complimentary water or drink included. It’s unlikely that most customers would have more than one drink, but I imagine 100% of customers would be annoyed paying £2.50 for a can of water when paying a premium price for a pedicure. - No massage chair for pedicure - Limited colour options for BIAB (about 4 colours) - Not possible to get a mani-pedi simultaneously if you have BIAB

Karina Plyusnina I had an amazing experience with Danni! She’s extremely professional and did an amazing job with my nails. I value a perfectly clean cuticle more than anything and she 10/10 delivered!

Zaynab I had such a lovely experience at Luxury & Spa Nail Salon in West Ealing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a calm, relaxing vibe. My nails look absolutely perfect! The attention to detail was amazing and you can really tell they care about their work I left feeling so pampered and relaxed. Honestly, this is the best my nails have ever looked! I’m definitely making this my regular salon from now on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a bit of luxury and self-care!

Pauline Olayvar Shay is AMAZING! I’ve been seeing her every month for the past three years without fail, and she consistently does a fantastic job on my lashes. She’s quick but never compromises on quality. Not only is she brilliant at lashes, but her customer service is a solid 10/10. Francesca Cowley I have been coming to Jade for my nails for just over a year now, and I cannot praise her work enough. She is so detail oriented, executes every design to perfection, as well as being so accommodating and professional. Her priority is always nail health and my nails have been flourishing since going to her. Her prices are also very reasonable for the effort and quality of her work. The salon is also such a beautiful space and I love getting my nails done there - would honestly give her 10 stars if I could!
