5 /5 Zaynab: I had such a lovely experience at Luxury & Spa Nail Salon in West Ealing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a calm, relaxing vibe. My nails look absolutely perfect! The attention to detail was amazing and you can really tell they care about their work I left feeling so pampered and relaxed. Honestly, this is the best my nails have ever looked! I’m definitely making this my regular salon from now on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a bit of luxury and self-care!

5 /5 Chanel Brown: This is a new nail shop amazing! I received excellent customer service with a warm welcome. I was offered a beverage and was made to feel comfortable. Hanna took her time and done my nails with great attention to detail and care. She gave me suggestions for my nail design and I loved it. Hanna made sure to ask if Im happy with how she was doing my nails which was lovely. She didnt rush my nails like other salons do which is a super plus. They even put my phone on one of their phone holders so that I could watch my phone with ease while having my nails done. All staff members were polite and welcoming. The shop is extremely clean and well kept. They also have a beauty/spa section at the back of the shop with fantastic rooms and the toilets are clean. This is definitely the best nail salon in West Ealing! Incredibly impressed with the service I received. This is the 2nd time Hanna has done my nails and I will be coming here from now on! Fantastic nail shop. Ladies, come and get your nails done here!

5 /5 Angel H: So happy with the service I received! Firstly, with pedicure they use disposable tools, which makes me feel reassured that they care about their customers. They were really friendly and patient with me despite my semi complicated request, they took time to do my nails how I wanted, and i’m super happy! The done the shape EXACTLY how I wanted, it’s the first time a nail shop has done that! I would recommend Luxury Nails Ealing to everyone! and i’ll definitely be back! x

5 /5 Yasmin: Really pleased with my experience and treatment at this salon. Staff are welcoming and really listen to what you want. Clean, bright and modern. Attentive staff asking if you want a drink. Very happy with my new biab nail extensions. Will definitely be returning there again.
