1 /5 lina guerdoud: Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had in my life. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in proper customer service. I was treated with attitude from the moment I walked in, even though it was my first time there.
I paid for a Ukrainian gel pedicure, and not only was it rushed and poorly done, but the polish started chipping the very next day — something that has never happened to me at any other salon. Two days later, more nails were peeling off. Completely unacceptable, especially for the high price they charge.
If you arrive even slightly late, they punish you by giving you a half job and still charge full price. Nothing about this place justifies its reputation or its prices. There are far better and more respectful salons in London that know how to treat their clients and deliver proper service.
Avoid this place. Not recommended at all. Waste of time and money.
