Solomia did an amazing job! She was incredibly gentle, attentive to every detail, and truly cared about the quality of her work. I walked out beyond happy with my nails and the entire experience.

1 /5 PC: I booked a manicure at So.Shell Wimbledon and was really disappointed. I chose regular polish, and within 24 hours it had bubbled, dented, and marked so badly that I had to remove it. A manicure shouldn’t deteriorate that quickly. I also felt uncomfortable during the appointment as the receptionist made comments implying regular polish was a poor choice, which wasn’t pleasant. If regular polish is offered as a service, clients shouldn’t be made to feel like it is an inferior or problematic choice. When I contacted the salon, they acknowledged the issue but only offered a partial refund, despite the manicure not lasting even a day. I expected better customer service quality and unfortunately, I wouldn’t return or recommend this salon based on this experience.
