Kirstie Whitehall Fantastic dipping powder nails here. I have found it really hard to find somewhere that uses dipping powder and was so pleased to find Lulu nails and beauty. They do such a great job and I’m so happy with the results!

Kenyalyn K I went once before in early july and my nails were wonderful and lasted perfectly for 3 weeks until i removed them. however, I went again on the 19th August and this time a man did my nails. the coat is uneven, the shapes are uneven, they are too thin and one finger broke when i was opening the door after 6 days. i’m really dissatisfied with this and frankly upset, but i still did enjoy it last time and the speed and overall quality is good. as it is local to me i’ll be back but hopefully i won’t have this experience again. P P Thank you India Knight for sharing your experience of Hyrolox by Ondine Crowley at Gielly Green. My hair is fine, curly and unattractively frizzy. I have tried every treatment , product, supplement, silk head wrap etc know to man and nothing has ever worked. I’m almost 50 so I’ve tried a lot. Sure I may get a great cut, colour and style in a salon but as soon as I step out of the salon my hair reverts back to chaos and frizz. Until now! I cannot thank Ondine enough for the magic she has achieved. I’ve waited over a month to post a review to make sure I can report back on the lasting effects. I can now use my Dyson Air wand (another purchase previously made to reduce the frizz but hadn’t had any results) and within 3 minutes I have bouncy, shiny frizz free hair that lasts days. It really is magical. I’ve attached photos of before, just done and beautifully coloured by Amy, and then 1 month later. Still can’t quite believe it.

leah neil Pricing is very inconsistent not only online and instore but also amongst the staff. I feel like more clarity is definitely needed. It’s almost like you feel like a nuisance if you book online with treatwell which is confusing if you prefer for customers to pay in cash instore then come off the app instead of causing all this confusion. It’s 2025 and it’s no longer common for people to be walking around with cash nor is it convenient hence why people book online via treatwell but when you do , the information and pricing your being told online isn’t consistent with what’s being said instore. It’s very misleading. I only did my nails yesterday and as you can see there is gel polish around the cuticle as well as peeling skin and small cuts. It’s not very neat at all. I understand that not everything is gonna look perfect but it’s important that all services are performed to the best of your ability especially for a paying customer. The reason why the standard of the nails wasn’t brought up as soon as my nails were done is because I didn’t realise and instore it almost feels like one in one out. As soon as your service is done you’re not a priority.
