1 /5 Alicja Goldyn: Went for a spa pedicure which lasted 15 minutes. I had to check 3 times after I was told it’s finished, ask 3 times to remove my hard and old and peeling off skin from my feet. Nails not filed, properly, the woman didn’t give any care whatsoever. The service appalling . Staff rude. My nails on left foot do not match my right. Had shellack too. I said I’m going to a wedding and need to match. Do not recommend at all. They couldn’t wait to just do the quick job and get rid of me. Awful. £48 for that including 2 toe nails extensions.

2 /5 leah neil: Pricing is very inconsistent not only online and instore but also amongst the staff. I feel like more clarity is definitely needed. It’s almost like you feel like a nuisance if you book online with treatwell which is confusing if you prefer for customers to pay in cash instore then come off the app instead of causing all this confusion. It’s 2025 and it’s no longer common for people to be walking around with cash nor is it convenient hence why people book online via treatwell but when you do , the information and pricing your being told online isn’t consistent with what’s being said instore. It’s very misleading. I only did my nails yesterday and as you can see there is gel polish around the cuticle as well as peeling skin and small cuts. It’s not very neat at all. I understand that not everything is gonna look perfect but it’s important that all services are performed to the best of your ability especially for a paying customer. The reason why the standard of the nails wasn’t brought up as soon as my nails were done is because I didn’t realise and instore it almost feels like one in one out. As soon as your service is done you’re not a priority.

1 /5 AV F: I went for a pedicure and manicure today. Before proceeding with the pedicure, I specifically requested the lady to make sure she scrubs and removes as much dead skin as possible. First, we never soaked my feet, but she didn’t try to take any skin from the soles or sides. She only pushed back the cuticles just so little , didnt do a proper job. Ot seen things to be sanitized. The lady then applied the color to my nails, but the result was poor as well. Half of nail is not painted! It felt like she was just going through the motions, not interested in doing a good job, and the entire process only took 25 minutes. Massage only one foot, forgot about another one! Honestly, I could have just asked for a nail trim instead and paint them and wash them myself! . I’ve been here a few times now, and it’s clear this place isnt the best. They rush through the service, don’t do the cuticle work properly (they should push a little before cutting to prevent lifting the next day), the girl next to me left with skin still up and they generally just half job. It’s disappointing. You don’t want to complain in the shop, as you becoming a nuances , and they just talk about you in their language! I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially not for £60. Just a waste of money for such poor work.picture attached 2 hours after pedicure.

1 /5 Courtney Mills: Went in to get plain nails done prior to a funeral in order to look presentable, the nails I got looked awful and bumpy despite my nails being filed down and reshaped thrice. All my nails are slightly different shapes. I went back to explain as I didnt want to do complain infront of all the customers. Was told all they could do is put another coat on top which would not have fixed the problem. They only take cash and will not refund you. Do not waste your time to go in and get insulted.

1 /5 Jordyn Paul: AVOID THIS PLACE!!! My First time visiting and I wish I read reviews first! I had a manicure with acrylic tips and a pedicure. My pedicure was fine. I had another lady doing my nails unfortunately I didnt get her name, I found her VERY rude she put no effort into the job at all and acted as though everything was an inconvenience to her when I asked that she shorten some and make the shape neater she got annoyed and frustrated it was very clear from her attitude and facial expressions. She was very rough with the electric file kept clipping my skin around my cuticles which was hugely painful yet kept tapping on my hands to relax them, of course its hard to relax when you are finding it painful, I left there with red on the skin around my nails not cleaned off. When she was done she rudely asked if it was my first time getting my nails done to which I replied "no I get my nails done all the time, but you kept clipping my skin and causing discomfort" to which she just gave a sarcastic laugh! It was the worst nail appointment I have had in all my years of getting them done regularly and I feel extremely ripped off for the kind of service I received!!! Please save your money and go elsewhere and have an enjoyable experience as it should be!
