abby stangroom I have recently started pilates with Trudi and it is something i look forward to each week, after every session i feel so good within myself. The sessions are fun and so good to feel the burn, you definitely feel it the next day! Trudi is a great teacher and so motivating, I can’t wait to get started with the Monday sessions again!

joanne shell I went to see John to help work on a stiff and painful neck I had, as well as a pain in my elbow. I had a few sessions for each issue, and he gave me exercises to do at home. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on the different muscles and bones that were involved in my issues. His website had my personalised exercises on them, along with how many reps and how often I had to do them. They even contained a video so i could ensure I was doing them correctly, which was really good for me. These exercises, along with the sessions I had with John, sorted out both issues. Would definitely recommend, thanks John

Louise Thoroughly enjoyed my stretch and sound bath with Amy. Amy was so warm and welcoming, I felt a sense of calm in her presence. The setting was set up beautifully for a peaceful and harmonious session. I really enjoyed the stretches to help relax. I definitely dozed off during the sound bath and slept so well that evening and woke up the next day full of happy energy for the day ahead :) thank you Amy!

Elizabeth Went swimming in the training pool. The pool was cold and wasnt that big. But the kids had fun anyway. Family Changing room units are not big. Clean and tidy. There are hairdryers available. The soft play room is fantastic.quiet big and on 3 levels. Best one Ive seen in the club so far.
