Lizzie Jones Went for a private party. Great Venue with a cash bar. The staff were lovely, beer good and a varied choice of wine, spirits and soft drinks all at very reasonable prices. Spacious. Good tables, chairs etc.

I moved back to London and I left Gain Line CrossFit about 3 months ago, and it’s taken me a while to sit down and write this because the place meant so much to me. I trained there for 2 years, and it was truly my happy place. The coaching is excellent, with a real focus on technique and progression. A special mention goes to Danny, who is an amazing coach and taught me so much over the years. His guidance, patience, and encouragement made such a difference in my fitness journey. Danny and the whole team have built an amazing community around the box. I’ll really miss everyone, but hope to drop in whenever I can.

Niamh Ivan has a great training programme for all abilities, and even amended the exercises while I was recovering from an injury so I could still carry on (no excuses!). It defiantly pushes you to your limits, but everyone is so encouraging which creates a positive atmosphere that makes you want to come back and torture yourself again for the next session! I’d encourage anyone to join if you’re looking to improve your overall fitness and strength.
