Such beautiful smells and scenery! Also noticed you can use the grounds as a wedding venue : ) which would be stunning !

Louis Otto James is a true professional and gave me incredible advice on nutrition, movement and keeping my body in the best shape possible. The last few years have been difficult but James has helped me navigate these trying times while keeping in top shape. Could not recommend anyone better!

Bobby Been going on and off for years and I am always made to feel welcomed. No matter what level you are at you will enjoy it and get a good workout. Everyone is friendly and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend this place.

Helen Parkar WOW what a way to get fit! The most fun workout ever! Yes, you work hard and drip with sweat but its fun fun fun and it works!!! The motivation I get from one class lasts all week! Its feel good fitness and we all support each other. You can go at your own pace and slowly build up to pushing yourself harder if you want to. Hannah and Helen keep an eye on everyone so youre in safe hands. I feel sorry for the people who havent discovered the bounce!!
