Ace I use the pool semi frequently for lessons and practice and the staff are very friendly and very transgender friendly! Have absolutely no problems with them and my two instructors for my lessons are absolutely amazing and patient with my anxieties. The gym is also great and very easy to use, peak time is about 5-7pm.

Livvie Hope I’ve had such a great experience at The Gym Group in Shirley! From day one, the team has been incredibly welcoming and friendly. The personal trainers are always approachable and happy to help – Jay in particular is fantastic. He’s always available in the office to answer any questions, and we’re never made to feel like we can’t ask something, no matter how small. The gym itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with up-to-date machines and facilities. Any concerns or issues are taken seriously and addressed quickly, which really shows how much they care about their members. It’s a supportive and encouraging environment that makes working out feel enjoyable and accessible.
