The studio is so pretty, you get a complimentary hot drink, their prices are very reasonable for the service you get, and they have a loyalty program where you accumulate discounts! Always very happy with the results!

1 /5 Sofia: Incredibly unhappy with the service from Tina (Tini). I booked a gel manicure specifically with a Biab base as my nails are weak and are prone to breakage if I don’t have a layer of Biab. During my treatment I noticed Tina put a layer of colour without a Biab base and I mentioned that she had not put the Biab base on yet, to which she said she would do it later and insisted I put my nails under the UV light (it didn’t make sense to me since the Biab is a base layer and I’ve had Biab for many years). Yet I let Tina continue the treatment to see what she meant. Then at the end of the treatment I mentioned the Biab layer again, to which she said I didn’t need it since my nails weren’t long enough. My nails are long enough to shape them in an almond shape. This was clearly an excuse since it seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to do my manicure properly which is so unprofessional. Since the manager wasn’t in on that day; I didn’t feel my needs would be listened to properly if I tried to raise a complaint. Anyway, a week later and one of my nails have broken after not having had a broken nail in over two years (with the help of Biab). I take great pride in my nails and should be able to get what I paid for or at the very least be informed of any changes before my treatment begins considering it is my treatment and I’m paying for it. Completely unfair and unprofessional.
