5 /5 Charlotte: Absolutely love my new nails! I got shellac nail art with two different styles/ideas and I’m so happy with the final outcome. It was a really professional experience and I’m really impressed with how she was able to recreate my photo references with a twist so well. Love them!

1 /5 Viktoria Bela: Worst experience ever. I will never go back to this nail salon. It was truly horrible. I’ve had many nail treatments in London, and this was by far the worst. I felt pain during the process, and I did not see the instruments being sterilised as they are in other professional salons. On top of that, the final bill was £140 — which is outrageous. I have had far more detailed designs and extras elsewhere and never paid anywhere near this amount. I feel completely robbed. The design is not worth the price, and the whole experience was unacceptable.
