4 /5 Lexie Gauci: The girl who did my brows was fantastic and my brows have never looked so good! The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to how loud it was in Selfridges and how uncomfortable the chair is.

1 /5 sophia seroff: It already started on a bad note for me, when as I sat down for my pre-booked appointment and she said straight after looking at me, would I not like to add a chin and lip wax. I feel if I wanted that, I would book it. Seems almost judgy when it’s a clearly booked appointment. I’m sure most women would agree that’s something not to upsell. The lady got wax in my fringe twice pulling hair out whilst waxing. Finally she waxed off the front part of my eyebrow, and when I queried it she kept saying it was do with a comment she made earlier that one brow was thicker at the arch which had nothing to do with the issue. The manager came to support after I was visibly upset and requested someone else to help fix it. After her lovely calming support and showed me how to pencil in the area waxed off. However she had highlighted in her comments certain contradictions to the previous ladies comments. I have probably been going to benefit consistently for years now and never worried about preferencing a particular sales person. However I genuinely felt really like this lady really didn’t have a clue.
