5 /5 Elizabeth Morgan: I went to the mummy hub for a Mummy MOT and took my 11 week old with me. I saw Jenny who was chatty and non judgmental. I felt at ease with her and was happy to chat about a variety of different things without feeling embarrassed.
All staff I met were kind, friendly, supportive and worked around my baby being calm.
The MOT starts with a chat about your birth, pregnancy and post birth experience. This is super friendly and non judgmental. From this I was even given some dietary advice that has completely changed my gut health and I felt better after a few days.
There was then a physical exam in which I was walked through each section and it was explained what was happening and what she was looking for. I was then sent a plan that included breathing exercises and physical exercises to help my back and stomach and much more. Altogether, these exercises take about 10 minutes so are easy to fit into my day. I rely on some extra exercise after breastfeeding that help my back.
I am so glad I did the Mummy MOT and would definitely go back to the Mummy Hub again.
