George Wells Imogen is an amazing personal trainer. I had no confidence in the gym. And Imogen had got me in two months to doing gym sessions with her every week and once a week on my own. Imogen is not just a personal trainer but also now a good friend :)

The facility’s quality is flawless, equipment for everyone to use and the people are such a wonderful community. Matt is a very intelligent instructor. He is respectful and has a way of making adjustments based of who he is teaching in order to bring out their highest potential. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to learn the art.
