I’ve been working with Anthony for 6 months on my ACL rehab & the progress I’ve made is outstanding. He is very well prepared for each session & know exactly what I need to be focusing on to move forward. Our sessions incorporate sports massage and exercises. I would highly recommend if you are going through an injury rehab

Their approach to fitness is accommodating to all individuals, but personally as a new mum, found it a supportive and welcoming environment that allowed me to regain my fitness. Vinces sports massages are first rate, he was born to do this and he has both managed my injuries and prevented recurrence through his natural ability to pinpoint tension that could be inhibiting movement. This is a brilliant local gym.
