5 /5 Henry Senca: I joined TFC when I was stuck in a loop with my training. I’d been trying to fix my posture, deal with hypermobility, build strength, and find a routine that didn’t fall apart. Nothing was clicking I kept overthinking and losing momentum. Since working with TFC everything’s become structured and achievable.
