5 /5 Anne-Marie Jubber: Perk has completely changed my approach to exercise, my fitness and my confidence in my physical ability. I enjoy these classes more than I ever thought I would, I consistently do them 2-3 times a week and have noticed a massive change for the better in my strength, my cardio fitness and my body shape. I dont have knee pain any more and really feel I am investing in a healthier stronger body now and for the future. But what Perk really has done for me is take me out of my comfort zone with exercise, the classes push me so hard. When I first started I always did the easier, modified option now I want to challenge myself and go for the advanced option - I feel really proud and happy and confident for what Perk has given me!
