Valentina Buydenok Have been going to their conditioning sessions on Wednesday afternoon with Wayne for a couple of months now and really like it. The place looks intimidating but everyone is super friendly. The workout is mostly body weight/weights and after 45 mins I am happy to be alive. Have also tried a bag session last Thursday and that was fun too, thanks to Shane. All in all a great option if you are bored with the standard gym routine.

The atmosphere is inclusive and uplifting, with a team of skilled and supportive instructors who make every class accessible and engaging. Special thanks to Orly, Hannah R, Dharini and Ben for their guidance and energy, they each bring something unique to the practice. The studio itself is spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully run, Simon ensures everything operates seamlessly and is always open to feedback. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Arezoo Ahmadi Super clean and bright studio with lovely trainer, Hannah! I tried it today and enjoyed the class so much, recommend it if you like strength exercise.
