The atmosphere is inclusive and uplifting, with a team of skilled and supportive instructors who make every class accessible and engaging. Special thanks to Orly, Hannah R, Dharini and Ben for their guidance and energy, they each bring something unique to the practice. The studio itself is spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully run, Simon ensures everything operates seamlessly and is always open to feedback. Wholeheartedly recommended.

5 /5 Michael Kelley: Energizing & revitalizing, HotPod Yoga Tottenham Hale offers a very accommodating class schedule, fantastic instructors and three types of HotPod yoga styles: Nurturing (flowing, stretchy and nourishing), Flow (signature, energizing, accessible) and Dynamic (strong, challenging, deepening). A great way to start the week, work off stress and / or end the week feeling balanced and fresh. Highly recommend it!
