I first joined The Lock Up Gym for HYROX training once a week, thinking it would just complement my routine. Fast forward a few months and I’m now on their Platinum package, training at least four times a week — and loving every second of it.
From May in Cardiff to October in Paris, I shaved 13 minutes off my solo HYROX time. At 53, I’ve never felt this strong, and as a PT myself, I can honestly say the way this gym is run is exceptional.
