Kirsten Armit Ive been attending this Pilates studio regularly since 2019, and it has been a fantastic place to learn and practice Pilates. The small class sizes ensure a personalised experience. Kelly is incredibly positive and friendly, creating a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. The other participants are also lovely, making each session enjoyable. The studio is conveniently located close to the town centre, with parking available, making it easy to access. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive and professional Pilates experience!

Jack Hanley I had such a great experience at this gym thanks to Morgan! From the moment I arrived, Morgan was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Their guidance made my workout feel smooth and enjoyable, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident using the equipment. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and supportive. The gym itself was lovely, but Morgan is truly what made the visit exceptional. Highly recommend!

The coaching is genuinely outstanding and there’s a wide range of instructors, so every style and approach is covered and the coaches are deeply invested in their students. The gym is also exceptionally well run, from day-to-day organisation to communication and admin. But what really sets this place apart is the community. Every kind of person trains here, all mixing together, all welcomed, supported, and valued. That sense of connection is what makes this gym special.
