Claire Smith I have been coming to the yoga class for a year now and look forward to it every week. Alicia is an amazing instructor and her passion for teaching us all comes through. Every class is planned so thoroughly and never the same. She also personalises and makes sure that everyone can achieve at their own level. A class I would recommend to everyone!

Alex I would highly recommend THB if you are considering a gym membership. Swimming facilities are fabulous too. The whole place is run on genuine passion and extensive knowledge. A real oasis in the chaos of the larger corporate establishments.

Vani S Loved everything about this place! The coffee bar serves amazing coffee, classes are very well structured, and every workout is planned to perfection. The gym has all the equipment and accessories you could ever need. The toilets and showers feel absolutely 5-star. The coaches are highly trained, supportive, and the wellness room is wonderful. The community here is so helpful and full of positive energy! It’s been one year, I have seen my body getting better for good in all sense. This is my happy n peace place!

Phoebe I absolutely loved this Pilates class! It was brilliant from start to finish – not only a great workout, but also so much fun. Lisa is an amazing teacher: clear, encouraging, and incredibly attentive to each individual’s needs. She made sure everyone felt supported and challenged at the right level. Highly recommended!

Samuel Walker Came here with friends for an early dinner. The service and food was perfect as is standard across Soho group. The location is interesting, overlooking the pier. There seems to be a restaurant and function room with terraces facing the beach.
