5 /5 Colin Campbell-Austin: Little Beach House Brighton is truly a gem in the city’s crown—a seaside escape where you’re treated to sweeping views of the pier and endless blue from its stunning terraces. Stepping inside, it’s like hitting first class on the ground; everything from the tunes to the chic decor just hums with a laid-back luxury.
I went with three friends for dinner, and we were treated to not just food but a proper experience. The menu? Spot-on. Fresh, flavourful, and just enough flair. And let’s talk cocktails: those cosmopolitans are so good they could have a loyalty program of their own. But it was the post-dinner drinks that really took the evening up a notch. Charlie, our bartender for the night, deserves his own round of applause. Friendly, attentive, and sharp as a well-made G&T, he made us feel like true VIPs. Every drink was served with a smile and a bit of charm—he’s an absolute asset to Little Beach House and worth raising a glass to!
Brighton’s had some lovely spots over the years, but Little Beach House has changed the game. The vibe, the views, the people—it’s the kind of place that turns an ordinary evening into a memory. Hands down, this is the best spot in town if you’re after a touch of luxe by the sea. I’d go back in a heartbeat, and so should anyone looking for that first-class night out!
