The instructors are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also patient and approachable – they break techniques down clearly and ensure everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, can progress at their own pace. It’s been an amazing experience so far, and I’m genuinely excited every time I step on the mats. If you’re thinking of trying Jiu Jitsu, this is the place to do it!

5 /5 Deniz Mehmet: Absolutely amazing place and an amazing group of people. I joined here seven months ago at the age of 41, unfit and overweight (which was a bit of a worry) and I’m so glad I did. I didn’t expect to gain the strength and stamina that I already have. As soon I walked through the door I was welcomed by everyone and all the higher belts were 100% ready and eager to help and train with you. It takes time to learn but with each session you grow. The professors are absolutely amazing too. They are genuinely good people. It’s like a family in there. I can’t recommend this place enough. Like me, if you are at an age where you feel like you need something new to sink your teeth into then I highly recommend it. I believe the first session is free so come down and let’s have a roll!
