Small enough groups to feel like youre getting real focused attention on your efforts. Incredible value for money on monthly membership. Lots of great small group and 1:1 options for extra focused specific areas of training. Jack is firm, motivating, friendly and nice person. His other trainer Meg who he rotates sessions with is also incredibly motivating, positive and pushes you over the threshold to increase your potential. They really push you out of your comfort zone in such a motivating way, no matter how hard the task you do it with joy as we banter along pushing through the sessions!
