The Gym Factory - (Near Greenwich, UK)

Roz Meredith Visited on a Monday at end of Nov expecting to be quiet but it was really busy in the car parks. However the shops i needed were fairly quiet. Even popped into F&B for a cheeky light lunch.

Jo Margetson Without a doubt or any biased opinion, this is hands down the best local boxing club we have ever been to. The coaches are friendly, skilled, respectful and passionate. It’s more than just a club. It’s a community. My daughter joined recently and every session is enjoyable, challenging and unique. She has received dedicated support, motivation and training. Highly recommended to anyone looking to get fit, try something new or be part of a club. I particularly appreciate the timetable which offers a lot of choice and flexibility.

Kim Lavender Shout out to Steve what a lovely guy one of the only members of staff who actively goes out of hes way to say hello, check you are ok and make you feel a valued member. Also big shout out to Woody who although always working hard with clients, always again says a hello or gives a wave. Its these small gestures that make your day especially if you are having a tough time in the gym either mentally or physically.

Karen Hardy Absolutely fantastic! We have two foster children who joined a few weeks ago, they love coming here. The sessions are giving them the exercise they need while enabling them to let off steam and frustrations at the same time in an appropriate manner. They are thriving in confidence and learning self defence techniques. Equally, our thirteen year old daughter is loving the boxing club, the staff are really friendly and know all the kids names off by heart. They are constantly praised and encouraged to do their best. All the kids get on well and show respect to one another. We would highly recommend bringing your kids here, no matter what age, shape or size, it’s a great place to be.
