A.A Ese Fantastic, fantastic space for practicing yoga. I am incredibly grateful for this community yoga class and have attended a few times now, much to my satisfaction each time. Ian is a fantastic instructor and I am yet to enjoy the full range of their classes. Definitely recommend to each and every individual!

Prashant I regularly use this gym and find it excellent for maintaining a consistent fitness routine. The equipment is modern, functional and plentiful with both cardio and strength options. Trainers are professional approachable and provide valuable guidance. Group classes are well instructed, energetic and suitable for beginners and advanced members alike. The facilities are clean, spacious and organized including locker rooms and showers. The atmosphere is motivating, friendly and supportive encouraging regular attendance. Overall, it’s a gym that offers quality convenience and a welcoming environment for all members.

Imran Mohammed Good for health and fitness! Very neat and clean maintained and friendly staff except the African lady in reception on weekends. Fitness suite and divided Into 2 floors but it’s good to have more sets of dumbbells on first floor. However swimming pool is also very well maintained.

Hani O I have a mixed review for this place. I’ve only joined 3 weeks ago and these are my thoughts (this is coming from someone who goes there by herself and doesn’t have any kids, and only uses swimming pool + gym): - Changing rooms aren’t the cleanest. There’s limescale in some parts, especially showers. The first week didn’t smell but for some reason, during my third week, I could smell urine as soon as I walked in. The changing rooms need to be cleaned better and something needs to be put in place so that those who use it, don’t leave it dirty. - Swimming is ok, I only go in the mornings. Each day, there’s different lanes with different speeds, so if you’re a slow swimmer, you can go in the slow lane for example. I’ve never had any issues of someone “telling me off”, maybe because I was there on my own and I just quietly left after my swim. - I didn’t really have any communication with the receptionists so I can’t comment on this but the times I’ve asked questions, there was always someone nice enough to respond and explain the things to me. First day of joining was very daunting but one of the lifeguards with a red t-shirt made me feel at ease and explained the rules so that I’d be more familiar (the guy with light brown hair and always smiling). - I haven’t been to the female gym (yet). But the normal gym has all the basic necessities and plenty of machines and free weights for people to use. Off-peak times are the best as the gyms are usually kinda empty. Overall, it’s a good place if you aren’t picky and can withstand the dirt of the changing rooms. You can find different activities, follow the rules and get on with your things. However, if you start picking at everything and have other issues then it might become challenging.

Karen Hardy Absolutely fantastic! We have two foster children who joined a few weeks ago, they love coming here. The sessions are giving them the exercise they need while enabling them to let off steam and frustrations at the same time in an appropriate manner. They are thriving in confidence and learning self defence techniques. Equally, our thirteen year old daughter is loving the boxing club, the staff are really friendly and know all the kids names off by heart. They are constantly praised and encouraged to do their best. All the kids get on well and show respect to one another. We would highly recommend bringing your kids here, no matter what age, shape or size, it’s a great place to be. Special thanks to Nick and Dave who settled all our kids in within one session, your stars! Karen and Grahame Hardy
